By accessing or using ImgMatch's service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
ImgMatch provides an AI-powered image matching service that analyzes article content to match images from commercial libraries or generate images using AI.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 years old, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ImgMatch to generate illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape our service, resell our service without authorization, or generate copyright-infringing content.
5. Image Licensing
Images from Unsplash (Unsplash License) and Pexels (Pexels License) are free for commercial use. AI-generated images are created uniquely for your content. You are responsible for appropriate use of all images.
6. Billing and Payment
All payments are processed securely through Waffo, our payment processor. We offer subscription plans for access to the Service on a recurring basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. There are no refunds for partial months. Price changes require 30 days notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
ImgMatch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of data or profits, third-party actions, or content created using our service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ImgMatch from any claims or damages arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
