  • Malware: Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Phishing: Create phishing pages or deceptive content
  • Spam: Generate spam content or promotional materials
  • Adult content: Generate pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Personal harm: Create content promoting self-harm or violence
  • Misinformation: Create deliberately false or misleading information
  • Fraud: Engage in deceptive trade practices

3. Image Usage Restrictions

When using images from our library:

  • Images from Unsplash and Pexels are free for commercial use
  • You must provide attribution as required by each platform
  • Some images may have additional restrictions - check individual licenses
  • AI-generated images are provided for your use but may not be trademarked

4. API Usage

When using our API:

  • Do not exceed rate limits specified in your plan
  • Do not resell or redistribute API access
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape or mirror our service
  • Implement appropriate caching and error handling

5. Account Security

You must:

  • Keep your credentials secure
  • Not share account access with others
  • Report any security breaches immediately
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data

6. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Account suspension or termination
  • Service cancellation without refund
  • Legal action where applicable
